All rates, whether quoted or given in our on line site are ex-works only.

Irrevocable unrestricted letter of credit payable at sight,

Transfer money.

Rates are valid for ninety days only, when we fill the quotation.

All foreign bank (out side India) charges will be paid by the buyer.

All bank charges of L/C negotiated bank in India will be paid by the seller.

Any inspection charges (if required or demanded by the buyer) from any International / national inspection agencies will be borne by the buyer.

Insurance of the consignment if required will be borne by the buyer as per actual.

In case LC's delivery period is going to expire due to any unavoidable Circumstances the LC may be extended to a reasonable time on special request by the seller.

50% advance against order of Irrevocable LC.

We accept orders above US$7000.00 with Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit as per mutually agreed terms payable at sight, for orders less than US$7000.00 the payment can be made by duly signed Swift /Wire transfer (Telegraphic transfer and demand drafts), Special cash discount of 4% is given on Orders in which payment is made by Swift/ Wire transfer (Telegraphic transfer)
