| The
apparatus consisting of two metal frames connected by a pivoted link
carrying a spirit level. The wire under test is held in self - cent ring
steel chucks taking wires up to 1.6mm diameter. A micrometer head reading
to 0.01mm is provided for readjusting the spirit level. Supplied complete
with ceiling bracket with two steel chucks, counterpoise weight and supply
of suitable wire. But without slotted weights
